Led enterprise-wide brand strategy, unifying consumer, commercial, and securities segments under a bold, modern identity. Oversaw brand governance, creative direction, brand voice development, and campaign strategy—ensuring alignment across all business lines. Spearheaded a full brand refresh, including a revitalized visual identity, high-impact out-of-home activations, and a centralized Brand Center as the single source of truth for brand assets and guidelines.
